January 2014 next!
Idyllwild CinemaFest was a great success, showing 98 films over 5 days against the backdrop of the beautiful mountains of Idyllwild, California.
Idyllwild is Los Angeles' Gem of a Getaway. We've been compared to Park City in the early years and if you've been to Idyllwild you know why. About two hours southeast of Los Angeles nestled in the San Jacinto mountains, Idyllwild is the most beautiful Southern California town that you've probably never been to.
For the films/filmmakers, we now have alumni benefits to help promote projects beyond the screenings themselves. For some, this starts immediately, with trailer postings and public voting--exposure whether your project is accepted or not. For others, there's the new Idyllwild CinemaFest Online site, with more to come as additional tools are devised. As a select ICF alumnus, there are benefits for years to come.
